Our owner, Tim Mesic, truly knows how these homes are made. Before starting this company, he worked in a factory that built more than 10,000 homes. Because of this, he understands every part of the process, from the chassis to the final finish.

Actually, about 80% of our daily work is helping people just like you get back on their feet after an insurance loss.
Additionally, we specialize in HUD, FHA, and VA foundations. This is a very important part of our business. If an engineer says your foundation doesn’t meet the rules, we can fix it. We work with many engineering firms to make sure your home passes inspection.
Furthermore, we are big believers in crawl space evaluations. You might not think about it often, but the crawl space holds the structural support, wiring, and plumbing for your entire home. If the insulation is missing or the ventilation is bad, it can cause big problems like cracked walls or sagging floors. Because of his deep knowledge, Tim Mesic is often called on by attorneys and insurance companies as an expert witness. He even provides special training to insurance adjusters.
